A Lawrence County, Kentucky man is in legal trouble again, adding to his long criminal record history as he is now facing a felony charge after police alleged he broke a window at a bakery business in Louisa
According to the complaint arrest warrant, on Tuesday night, September 22, Justin Taylor Fitzpatrick, 35, of Louisa, KY., allegedly punched with his fist the front window of Sinless Sweets & Twisted Treats Bakery, but did not break it.
Police alleged Justin Fitzpatrick then picked up a softball-sized rock and threw it through the window. The complaint states the incident was captured by surveillance cameras at two nearby businesses; and alleged that the damage caused a loss of $500 or more to the bakery business.
Justin Fitzpatrick was arrested on early Wednesday evening, September 23, by Louisa Police Department patrolwoman Shelby Taylor, and he was charged with:
• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF, 1ST DEGREE.
He was transported to, booked and lodged in the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center in Paintsville in Johnson County, where he remains incarcerated as of Monday eveing, September 28.
