FISCAL COURT HAS SPECIAL ONE MINUTE MEETING VIDEO

The Lawrence County Fiscal Court had a Special Meeting on Tuesday, September 8, 2026 at 10AM at the Lawrence County Courthouse, 122 S. Main Cross Street, Downtown, 2nd Floor, Louisa, Kentucky 41230 THAT TOOK JUST ONE AND A HALF MINUTES TO COMPLETE. LC Judge Executive Phillip Carter was in attendance along with the LC Magistrates including Rick Blackburn, Michael Mouse Halcomb and John Scaggs per FaceTime in Florida. Magistrate David Pinson was absent.

APPROVE RESOLUTION FOR COUNTY ROAD AID CO-OP AGREEMENT

The Resolution for County Road Aid Co-Op Agreement was unanimously passed with a Motion by Rick Blackburn and seconded by Michael Mouse Halcomb. No discussion.

ADVERTISE TO BID BRIDGE REPLACEMENT

The Magistrates approved to advertise to bid bridge replacement at Wilson Branch was approved by the court with a Motion by Michael Mouse Halcomb and second by Rick Blackburn. None Opposed.

Motion by Rick Blackburn and second by Michael Mouse Halcomb.
