Homer, lovingly known as Gramps, was a man who found his greatest joy in the simple things in life, especially spending time with the people he loved. His family meant everything to him, and he cherished every moment spent together. He loved fishing with his family and would get so excited when someone wanted to plan a fishing day. Gramps was also incredibly talented with his hands and had a gift for building things. Whether it was a swing for the porch or a bookshelf for his granddaughter, he could turn an idea into something meaningful and lasting. His kindness, hard work and love for his family will be deeply missed, but the things he built and the memories he created will continue to live on through those who knew and loved him. He loved to take pictures of his family and everywhere he went, he always had his camera ready. Homer retired from Louisa Coca-Cola after 50 years of service.
