Personal Trainer David Meloche with Louisa Rotary President Chuck Price

The Louisa Rotary Club welcomed guest speaker David Meloche, a personal trainer, for its July 23 meeting. David shared valuable insights on the importance of fitness, overall health, and maintaining a healthy balance in everyday life.

A large portion of his presentation focused on Type 2 diabetes, a topic he is especially passionate about. He discussed practical lifestyle changes that can help reduce the risk of developing the disease and explained how healthy habits, including regular exercise and proper nutrition, may even help reverse Type 2 diabetes for many individuals. His encouraging message reminded members that small, consistent choices can have a lasting impact on overall health and well-being.

The Louisa Rotary Club appreciates David for taking the time to share his knowledge and inspire others to prioritize healthy living.
