SENIOR COMMENTS
“… Being a Bulldog has meant so much to me, this team is like family, whenever I’m down they always pick me up. When I was younger I always thought I had so much time but here we are on Senior night. I can’t believe how fast it has gone by.”
“… It was a total team effort in the 2A state tournament this past weekend. I was just trying to keep my team in and the girls behind me were making all of the plays. Every time we go on a trip I feel I like our team gets closer and this one was no different. I think those trips always help us bond. It truly is like family.”
“… I remember playing with them at Stella Moore when we were younger we have all three grown up together. I have known them my whole life and it is great to see how successful they have been. It has been an absolute blast to be teammates with them.”
“… I want to thank all my coaches, whenever I was down they always picked me up. No matter what we asked of them they were always there. I want to thank my Dad he has been with me the whole time, he is my biggest supporter. I also want to thank my sisters Amber and Allie they taught me everything I know growing up. I pitch just like Allie. Got to my old Coach Kenny Horn and it was great to see him and Kim and catch up a little bit.”

“… It has went by so fast, feels like yesterday I was a seventh grader just pinch running and now I’m a senior getting to play everyday, it’s really been meaningful seeing everyone come through the program and go from being one game from state to winning it in back to back years.”
“… It’s been great to go tbeough this whole process with the other Seniors. We were all pitchers growing up and that was a special bond we had. I don’t pitch much anymore but watching the other two have the success that they have had is great to watch. We are just trying to get better everyday and finish the regular season strong and go into postseason playing our best ball. It would be really cool to win region for the third time because it has never been done. And once we get there advance to play for a state championship and play on that final day.”
“… I want to thank Bobby Preece, he is the best third base coach, he is really nice and extremely funny. James Jones is the best first base coach and helps us in the outfield as well, Stacy Jones is our team mom and gets us food and is always there to support us. Also want to thank my mom and dad who have supported me in every way. My dad taught me so much growing up and mom as well even though she doesn’t know what she is talking about. They are always my biggest supporters.”

“… It doesn’t feel real that we are getting ready to have Senior night. My mentality has definitely changed throughout the years. I know how to work now and hopefully I can pass that on. I think us Seniors have grown closer over the years and have been able to lean on each other.”
“… It’s been rough not being able to pitch in some games this season because I am a battler and I want the ball in my hand. I’ve just tried to cheer on my teammates and let them know that I am behind them.”
“… I want to thank my family and the coaching staff for being behind me the whole time. And for them to allow to chase and achieve goals.”
