TEENAGE ADULT MAN ARRESTED AFTER VANDALISM REPORT AT OLD BOTTLING FACILITY IN LOUISA
IN SEPARATE CRIMINAL CASE REPORT, LAWRENCE COUNTY MAN ARRESTED ON PAIR OF DATING DOMESTIC VIOLENCE CHARGES, BENCH WARRANT

LAWRENCE WILLIAM JESSE HAMMONDS, 18, OF LOUISA, KENTUCKY.
 
A Lawrence County, Kentucky male adult teenager was arrested following a report of vandalism at the old Coca-Cola plant in Louisa on Sunday night, April 19.
 
Lawrence William Jesse Hammonds, 18, of Louisa; was arrested by deputy Joseph Osborne of the Lawrence County Sheriff Office.
 
According to the arrest citation, multiple individuals were accused of breaking windows at the facility, and marijuana along with paraphernalia was reportedly found.
 
Lawrence Hammonds was charged with:
*CRIMINAL MISCHIEF 2ND DEGREE; 
*POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA;
*DRUG PARAPHERNALIA – BUY/POSSESS.
He was soon thereafter transported to and lodged into the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center in Paintsville in Johnson County, where he has since then posted his bond, and has been released from the BSRDC jail.

LAWRENCE COUNTY MAN ARRESTED ON DOMESTIC VIOLENCE CHARGES, ALONG WITH WANTED ON COURT BENCH WARRANT

MONROE DAVID BOWEN, 49, 0F LOUISA, KENTUCKY.
A Lawrence County man was arrested on a pair of domestic violence charges, along with being wanted on a bench warrant.
 
Monroe David Bowen, 49, of Louisa, KY., was arrested by deputy Joseph Osborne of the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department following an incident on Blaine Creek Road on Saturday night, April 18.
 
Monroe Bowen was charged with:
*ASSAULT, 4TH DEGREE DATING VIOLENCE (MINOR INJURY); 
*STRANGULATION 2ND DEGREE (DOMESTIC VIOLENCE RELATED); *NON-PAYMENT OF COURT COSTS, FEES, OR FINES, 
He was soon thereafter transported to and lodged into the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center in Paintsville in Johnson County, where he has since then posted his bond, and has been released from the BSRDC jail.
