“… Friday start was a huge one for me and our team. The first game of a series is one where you have to come out and set the tone from the start. Winning that first one in a 3 game series is huge. All 4 of my pitches were working for me. The entire night that I was out there I felt like I was in control and usually when you feel that, it is going your way. We played great defense behind me and had timely hits too. It was a great night all around.”
“… This season is special to me. I live each day living in the present and not worrying about the past or the future because who knows how many more times I will be able to go out there and take the mound in my college career. Being around the guys that are in the clubhouse is memories that will last a lifetime. Just trying to enjoy each moment and make the most of every opportunity I get. We are heading in the right direction as we start gearing up for another post season run in a couple weeks. Thankful for it all!”
