With profound sadness, we announce the passing of Jack Leslie Berry, 60, of Louisa, KY, He was born on April 28, 1965, and left us too soon on January 20, 2026.
Jack was a dedicated laborer, whose tireless work ethic was only surpassed by the love he held for his family and friends. His dedication was only rivaled by his passion for music. Jack found joy in the soulful tunes of bluegrass music and playing his banjo.
Jack’s memory will be cherished by his son, Daniel Berry and his wife, Tina; his granddaughters, Darlene Berry and Finley Berry; and his sister, Deborah Adkins. His parents, Manly and Idabelle Berry, and his wife Monica Browning welcomed him into their arms again on his heavenly journey. Through his family, Jack’s spirit continues to shine brightly. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to help offset funeral expenses. Donations may be made online or directly at the funeral home.
Funeral services will be conducted Friday, January 23, 2026 at 10:00 AM with Brother Roy Adams officiating. Burial will follow in the Berry Cemetery on San Branch.
Friends may visit the family on Thursday, January 22, 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM in the Young Funeral Home Chapel.
