COACH’S COMMENTS
“… Tough ending to a good challenge for us last night. We played catch up most of the night and that’s not where we want to be. We were in terrible foul trouble from the first quarter, fouls were 7-2 against us in the first 4 minutes of the game. So I wasn’t happy about that discrepancy but we can’t control those things. I felt the girls battled back in the second half to tie things up. Gave ourselves a chance just didn’t execute on the last play.”
“… Obviously not the outcome we wanted but we learned things about ourselves and know we still have a lot of work to do. It’s early and I know we will continue to grow and get better. We have a ton of potential and that showed down the stretch last night.”
