3.D.3. Out-of-State Trip: Bus request for Blaine students to travel to the Charleston Coliseum, WV, to attend Winter Jam Concert after the school day, January 2026; Susan Little
3.D.4. Annual request by Coach Alan Short for reconditioning of high school and middle school football helmets; estimated cost of $5,000
3.E. Approve the 2026-2027 Memorandum of Understanding between WeLeadCS, Inc. (WLCS) and Lawrence County Public Schools for computer science related virtual educational services, which provide dual credit and industry certification opportunities, a term of July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027

Approve to acknowledge receiving notification of an amendment to an existing Shortened School Day Waiver to increase time at school for a special needs student (previously approved August 28, 2025) and to approve a separate Shortened School Day and Shortened Week Waiver for an additional special needs student
