3. STUDENT LEARNING AND SUPPORT SERVICES

3.A. Approve to enter Executive Session for the purpose of a Student Discipline/Expulsion Hearing pursuant to KRS 61.810(1)(f)

3.B. Approve to return to Open Session pursuant to KRS 61.810(1)(f)

3.C. REVIEW of 2024-2025 State Assessment results 
        Superintendent Katie H. Webb

3.D. CONSENT AGENDA: 

Approve the Consent Agenda items:

3.D.1. Per diem and expenses for board members in attendance

3.D.2. Out-of-State Trip: Permission for the LCHS Boys Basketball Team to travel for game to Wayne High School, WV; January 2026; Coach Chandler Thompson

3.D.3. Out-of-State Trip: Bus request for Blaine students to travel to the Charleston Coliseum, WV, to attend Winter Jam Concert after the school day, January 2026; Susan Little

3.D.4. Annual request by  Coach Alan Short for reconditioning of high school and middle school football helmets; estimated cost of $5,000

3.E. Approve the 2026-2027 Memorandum of Understanding between WeLeadCS, Inc. (WLCS) and Lawrence County Public Schools for computer science related virtual educational services, which provide dual credit and industry certification opportunities, a term of July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027

3.F. Approve to acknowledge receiving notification of an amendment to an existing Shortened School Day Waiver to increase time at school for a special needs student (previously approved August 28, 2025) and to approve a separate Shortened School Day and Shortened Week Waiver for an additional special needs student
