It’s Championship Sunday for Two Tolsia Youth League Football Teams

Logan, W. Va. — Two Tolsia youth league football teams will play for a Southern Midget League championship this Sunday at Logan high school.

B Team Cheerleaders

Back L to R Irina Marcum, Alayna Britt, Harlie Diamond, Paisley Stafford, Harper Marcum

Tolsia 16 Danville 0 ( B Team ) 

The Rebels remained perfect behind a stellar defense and QB Debo Black who ran for two touchdowns one from 66 yards out and a 10 yarder. Tate Marcum had both two point conversion runs.

On Sunday at 1:30 the Rebels will play Logan for the Championship. 

Tolsia 18 Mingo 12 ( C Team ) 

The Rebels remained unbeaten when Tate Waller ran for a 65 yard touchdown as time expired to lift the Rebels past the Miners. 

Waller also had touchdown runs of 50 and 45 yards. 

On Sunday at 3:15 the Rebels will play Danville for the Championship. 

C team Cheerleaders

Back L to R Lillie Wilson, Jaedelyn Shannon, Arizona Wallace, Amelia Cooper, MacKenzie Kelly

They have open house/community night at 6:30 on November 5th then compete on November 9th.

The A-team is defending champs, and the B and C teams are runners-up from last season.

This A-team is competing for their 4th 1st place title !
