Thomas E. Charles, Sr., 73, of Louisa, KY went home to be with the Lord on Monday, August 4, 2025.
Thomas was born July 27, 1952 in Lawrence County, KY to the late James and Leona Charles. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter Patricia Wolford; brother L.B. Wolford; and sisters Hattie Lowe, Linda Thompson, and Emma Skaggs.
Survivors include his wife of 48 years Judy Charles; children Leona (James) Bowen and Thomas Charles, Jr.; grandchildren Reno (Samantha) Bowen, Jessie Bowen, Jonah Bowen, Michael Wolford, David Wolford, Hope Bowen, and Brittney Bowen; great grandchildren Leanne Bowen and Dawn Bowen; sons in law Brian Wolford and Monroe Bowen; and many nieces and nephews.
There will be no public services at this time.
Young Funeral Home has been entrusted with the care of Mr. Charles and his family.
