SEPARATELY. THERE WERE SIX LAWRENCE COUNTY RESIDENTS ARRESTED IN OTHER KY. COUNTIES (ONE (1) IN BOYD COUNTY, TWO (2) IN JOHNSON COUNTY, TWO (2) IN MARTIN COUNTY, AND ONE (1) IN ROWAN COUNTY, WHO WAS WANTED ON A CARTER COUNTY COURT BENCH WARRANT ).
PREVIOUSLY, FROM 12:00 A.M.,FEBRUARY 1,2022, THRU TO 11:59 P.M., FEBRUARY 13, 2022, (15 DAYS); AT LEAST 103 PEOPLE WERE ARRESTED FROM JOHNSON, LAWRENCE, MAGOFFIN, & MARTIN COUNTIES COMBINED, AND WERE BOOKED AT THE BIG SANDY REGIONAL DETENTION CENTER IN PAINTSVILLE, KY., IN JOHNSON COUNTY. OUT OF THOSE 103 ARRESTS, 27 ARRESTS WERE FROM LAWRENCE COUNTY. SEPARATELY. THERE WERE FIVE LAWRENCE COUNTY RESIDENTS ARRESTED IN SIX OTHER KY. COUNTIES (ONE (1) IN BOYD COUNTY, ONE (1) IN JOHNSON COUNTY, ONE (1) IN PIKE COUNTY, ONE (1) IN ROWAN COUNTY & ROCKCASTLE COUNTY, AND ONE (1) IN WARREN COUNTY).
THE NUMBER OF INMATES THAT WERE BEING HOUSED AT THE BIG SANDY REGIONAL DETENTION CENTER IN PAINTSVILLE, KY, IN JOHNSON COUNTY, ON SATURDAY, MARCH 18, AT 2:00 A.M., WAS 211. THE MAXIMUM DESIGNATED CAPACITY OF THE BSRDC FACILITY IS 225.

James Neil, 44, of ?, Kentucky; was arrested on March 2, 2023, at 4: 37P.M., by deputy Tyler Laney, of the Lawrence County Sheriff Office, and was charged with: • PUBLIC INTOXICATION-CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (EXCLUDES ALCOHOL).
Amber Dawn Burton, 34, of Louisa, Kentucky; was arrested on March 2, 2023, at 6:30 P.M., by Sheriff Chuck Jackson, of the Lawrence County Sheriff Office, and was charged with: • UNLAWFUL TRANSACTION WITH/MINOR, 2ND DEGREE
Shannen A. Ratliff, 51, of Louisa, Kentucky; was arrested on March 2, 2023, at 9:30 P.M., by deputy Joseph Osborne, of the Lawrence County Sheriff Office, and was charged with: • ASSAULT, 4TH DEGREE (MINOR INJURY), • CRIMINAL MISCHIEF 2ND DEGREE.
Eddie A Patrick Jr, 24, of Louisa,Kentucky; was taken into custody on March 3,2023, at 12:00 P.M., by the Lawrence County Sheriff Office, to serve a guilty plea jail sentence, “weekender”: • CONTEMPT OF COURT LIBEL/SLANDER RESISTANCE TO ORDER.
Aaron W. Maynard, 29, of Louisa, Kentucky; was arrested on March 4, 2023, at 6:26 P.M., by deputy Travis Music & deputy Tyler Laney, of the Lawrence County Sheriff Office, and was charged with: • FLEEING OR EVADING POLICE, 1ST DEGREE (MOTOR VEHICLE), • OPERATING ON SUSPENDED OR REVOKED OPERATORS LICENSE, • FAILURE TO APPEAR.
Brandie Hale, 37, of Louisa,Kentucky; was arrested on March 6, 2023, at 5:08 A.M., by trooper Zachary Wright of the Kentucky State Police, and was charged with: • POSSESSION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 1ST DEGREE, 1ST OFFENSE (METHAMPHETAMINE) DRUG PARAPHERNALIA – BUY/POSSESS.
Brian L. Gantt, 36, of Louisa,Kentucky; was arrested on March 7,2023, at 6:17 P.M., by deputy Travis Music,of the Lawrence County Sheriff Office,& was charged with: • THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING OR DISPOSITION SHOPLIFTING.
Paul M. Adkins,45,of Louisa,Kentucky; was arrested on March 8,2023,at 9:20 A.M., at the Lawrence County Judicial Center,by court security officer Melody Salyers, of the Lawrence County Sheriff Office, and was charged with via an e-warrant: • THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING OR DISPOSITION – FARM EQUIPMENT.
Kenneth Paul McKinster II, 34, of Louisa, Kentucky; was arrested on March 8, 2023, at 6:52 P.M., by deputy Travis Music, of the Lawrence County Sheriff Office, and was charged with via a complaint warrant: • ASSAULT, 2ND DEGREE.
Pamela S. Mathieu, 53,of Louisa,Kentucky; was arrested on March 8,2023,at 1:10 P.M., at the Lawrence County Judicial Center,by court security officer Melody Salyers, of the Lawrence County Sheriff Office, and was charged with: • PUBLIC INTOXICATION-CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (EXCLUDES ALCOHOL).
According to court security officer Melody Salyers, she observed Pamela Mathieu in circuit court after speaking to Judge Kvin Holbrook, and that she wrote that Pamela Mathieu had heavy eyes, that she had slurred speech, and was nodding off and ws unsteady on her feet, leading officer Salyers to steadfastly believe that Pamela Mathieu was manifestly under the influence while in the courtroom.
Shelly Collins, 24, of Louisa,Kentucky; was taken into custody in Boyd County, KY., by Boyd County Sheriff Office detective Honaker, & whereupon she was transferred to the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center in Paintsville, KY. in Johnson County, on March 9, 2023, at 3:08 P.M., by the Lawrence County Sheriff Office, to serve a guilty plea jail sentence, “weekender”: • CONTEMPT OF COURT LIBEL/SLANDER RESISTANCE TO ORDER.
Terry L. Hensley, 48, of Louisa,Kentucky; was arrested on March 9, 2023, at 11:25 P.M., by trooper Zachary Wright of the Kentucky State Police, & was charged with: • FAILURE TO APPEAR.

Brandon Gamble, 37, of Louisa, Kentucky; was arrested on March 12, 2023, at 12:48 P.M., by deputy Tyler Laney, of the Lawrence County Sheriff Office, and was charged with via a bench warrant: • FAILURE TO APPEAR, • NON-PAYMENT OF COURT COSTS, FEES, OR FINES. The warrant for Brandon Gamble was from out of Floyd County, KY. District Court.
Richard S. Swiney, 33, of Hitchens, Kentucky; was arrested on March 12, 2023, at 8:21 P.M., by deputy Joseph Osborne, of the Lawrence County Sheriff Office, & was charged with: • CRIMINAL TRESPASSING-3RD DEGREE, • THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING PARTS FROM VEHICLE.

Juanita K. Harmon, 64, of Webbville, Kentucky; was arrested on March 14, 2023, at 9:35 P.M.,by the Lawrence County Sheriff Office,& was charged with: • OPERATING MOTOR VEHICLE UNDER/INFLUENCE CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (189A.010(1D) – 1ST OFFENSE, • NO REGISTRATION RECEIPT, • FAILURE TO WEAR SEAT BELTS, • FAILURE TO PRODUCE INSURANCE CARD, • INADEQUATE SILENCER (MUFFLER).
Lonnie D. Maynard, 50, of Louisa, Kentucky; was arrested on March 15, 2023, at 4:13 A.M.,by deputy Joseph Osborne, of the Lawrence County Sheriff Office, & was charged with: • TERRORISTIC THREATENING, 3RD DEGREE.
Virgil A. McDavid, 46, of Webbville, Kentucky; was arrested on March 16, 2023, at 5:58 P.M., by deputy Tyler Laney,of the Lawrence County Sheriff Office, and was charged with: • NON-PAYMENT OF COURT COSTS, FEES, OR FINES.
Jason M. Graham, 45, of Barbourville,Kentucky; was arrested on March 16,2023, at 11:57 P.M.,by the Lawrence County Sheriff Office, & was charged with: • CRIMINAL TRESPASS-1ST DEGREE, • ALCOHOL INTOXICATION IN A PUBLIC PLACE (1ST & SECOND OFFENSE).

Rodney Clevenger, 46, of Louisa, Kentucky; was arrested in Rowan County, KY. on March 1, 2023, at 1:45 P.M.,by the Morehead Police Department, and was charged with: • OPERATING ON SUSPENDED OR REVOKED OPERATORS LICENSE, • FAILURE OF NON-OWNER OPERATOR TO MAINTAIN REQUIRED INSURANCE/SECURITY, 1ST OFFENSE. These two charges on Rodney Clevenger were from a bench court warrant out of Carter County, KY., whereupon Rodney Clevenger was transported from the Rowan County Detention Center in Morehead and taken to the Carter County Detention Center in Grayson, KY., on March 1 and was booked at 2:52 P.M., where was charged also with: • FAILURE TO APPEAR.
