Commonwealth of Kentucky VS Micheal Maynard
The Grand Jury charges: That from June 1st , 2011, through September 30th , 2024 in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

Micheal Maynard committed the offense of Flagrant Non-Support when he failed to pay child support to Jesse Cook as court ordered with an approximate total amount exceeding $40,682.41.

The Grand Jury charges That from June 1st , 2017 through September 30th , 2024, in Lawrence County, Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

Angela McGuire committed the offense of Flagrant Non-Support when she failed to pay child support to Mary Bryant as court ordered with an approximate total amount exceeding $12,531.23.

The Grand Jury charges: That from October 10th , 2024, through November 28th , 2024, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

Roy Osborne committed the offense of Failure to Comply With Sex Offender Registration by knowingly and unlawfully failing to register new address with the appropriate local probation and parole office as stated in the provisions of KRS: 17.510, while having two (2) or more previous convictions of this offense, namely COMMONWEALTH VS ROY OSBOURNE, MCRACKEN CIRCUIT COURT 23-CR-00423, 19-CR-00479

That the defendant, having been charged in the instant indictment with the above stated felony count (s), is now being charged as a Persistent Felony Offender, in the First Degree (1st) Degree for the reason that the Defendant, now more than twenty-one years of age, was previously convicted of two prior felonies when he/she was at least eighteen years of age, which sentenced imposed a term of imprisonment of one year or more, and that the offender either: (a) completed service of the sentence the previous felony offense within five (5) years of the date of commission of the instant offense; or (c) was in custody or escaped from custody of said previous felony at the time of the commission of instant offense. Fayous Gayheart committed the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third (3rd) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of Xanax, a substance V Controlled Substance.

The above-named defendant committed the offense of Operating a Motor Vehicle While Under the Influence of alcohol or other substances that impair a driver’s ability to operate a motor vehicle.

The above-named defendant committed the violation of Rear License Plate Not Illuminated by knowingly and unlawfully operating a motor vehicle on a Kentucky roadway without proper rear license not properly illuminated as defined in KRS: 186.170.

The above-named defendant committed the offense of Failure to Wear Seatbelt by knowingly and unlawfully operating a motor vehicle without having a seatbelt properly adjusted and fastened.

The above-named defendant committed the violation of Failure to Produce Insurance Card by knowingly and unlawfully operating a motor vehicle upon a Kentucky roadway without an Insurance Card as defined and required in KRS: 304.39-117.

The above-named defendant committed the offense of Resisting Arrest by knowingly, intentionally, and unlawfully attempting to prevent Troopers Dallas Salyers and Zachary Wright with the Kentucky State Post #14 from effecting an arrest by using, or threatening to use, physical force against said police officers.

The above-named defendant committed the offense of Menacing by knowingly and unlawfully placing Troopers Dallas Salyers and Zachary Wright with the Kentucky State Police Post # 14, in reasonable apprehension of imminent physical injury.

Ashley Windham committed the offense of Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card $500 or More, by intentionally defrauded Shannon Elkins of Louisa, Ky, by using, for the purpose of obtaining money, goods, or services, and/or anything else of value, without consent of the cardholder, with a total loss to the cardholder, $1447.00

Shonda Osborne committed the offense of Assault in the First (1st) Degree by intentionally causing serious physical injury to another person, namely Clifford Marcum of Blaine, Ky, by means of a deadly weapon or dangerous instrument.

Shonda Osborne committed the offense of Wanton Endangerment in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully engaging in conduct that creates substanial danger of death or serious physical injury to another person, namely Amy Marcum of Blaine, KY.

Totten committed the offense of Theft By Unlawful Taking Over $10,000 by knowingly and unlawfully taking a 2010 Forrest River Brand Travel Trailer from John Thompson of Louisa, Ky, with an approximate value of $4,000, a Hydraulic Ram 150 Ton jack, valued at $9,959.29, two (2) Hydraulic Ram 100 ton jacks, one (1) valued at $19,059.00, a Samsung 43 inch television valued at $289.00, a coffee pot valued at $129.00, with a financial total of items stolen from the victim at approximately $52,070.28.

That the defendant, having been charged in the instant indictment with the above stated felony count (s), is now being charged as a Persistent Felony Offender, in the First (1st) Degree for the reason that the Defendant, now more than twenty-one years of age, was previously convicted of two prior felonies when he/she was at least eighteen years of age, which sentence imposed a term of imprisonment of one year or more, and that the offender either: (a) completed service of the sentence the previous felony offense withing five (5) years of the date of commission of instant offense. Kevin A. Totten committed the offense of Criminal Mischief in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully damaged property, namely a cookware set valued at $90.00, and a bedroom comforter set valued at $130.00, owned by John Thompson of Louisa, KY, with a value of the damages exceeding $500.
