THE THREE NARCOTIC MUSKETEERS: TONY BARETTA GIPSON (top), 45, of TONGANOXIE, KANSAS; IVORY MOODY (PHOTO CENTER), 41, OF LEAVENWORTH, KANSAS; AND SUSAN DANIELLE ROBERSON 42, OF PLATTE CITY, MISSOURI; WERE ALL ARRESTED ON THURSDAY, MAY 2, AFTER MAGOFFIN COUNTY DEPUTIES ACTING ON A DRUG ACTIVITY TIP FOUND THE THREE SUSPECTS IN A CAMPER NEAR A HOME NEAR SALYERSVILLE, KY., WITH SIX (6) DIFFERENT ILLEGAL NARCOTICS IN A SUSPECTED DRUG TRAFFICKING OPERATION.
Magoffin County Sheriff Office deputies who were investigating a drug complaint ended up arresting three people from two other states after finding multiple varieties of drugs that revealed a sizable trafficking operation.
According to the arrest citation report released by the Magoffin County Sheriff Office, on the very early morning hours of Thursday, May 2, the deputies were called to an address on Middle Fork Road in the Salyersville area over a report of suspected drug activity. After checking a house at the address and finding it clear, they moved on to an occupied camper.
Inside the camper, the deputies discovered a lock box containing Methamphetamine, Oxycodone, Xanax, Ecstasy, Soma, and an unidentified powder. The search also turned up scales, two handguns and a small bag of Marijuana.
Three people were located inside the camper, who soon were identified as Tony Baretta Gipson, 45, of Tonganoxie, Kansas; Ivory Moody, 41, of Leavenworth, Kansas; and Susan Danielle Roberson, 42, of Platte City, Missouri; were all arrested by deputy Neil Watson. The charges of each of the three suspects are as the following:

All three suspects were transported to and lodged in the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center in Paintsville, in Johnson County. Susan Roberson still remains in the BSRDC as of Thursday night, May 9; however, both of the men from Kansas have since posted their bond and were released from the jail. This is surprising in a somewhat disturbing turn of the case, considering both men were arrested on multiple drug trafficking charges, and one of the men (Tony Baretta), was identified as a previously convicted felon, who was found with a handgun in his arrest in the drug bust.
