LOUISA, KY. — Six weeks or so remain before Lawrence County, Ky. voters head to the polls for the 2023 General election which features a governor’s race, some hot races for Louisa city council and the vote “For” or “Against” the new property tax the BOE recently imposed, among other statewide races.
Lawrence Clerk Chris Jobe said today that he has been getting notice to election officers and making sure all the bells and whistles are ready for the voting. Absentee voting will begin Oct. 24 at the county courthouse.

Vote for Andy
I wish I could vote for Trump already.
How many of you are voting for that TrAndy Beshear?
I didn’t vote for Dandy Andy first round and never will. He’s for abortion, gambling and anything to destroy the family. He shut Ky down during covid all but abortion clinics and liquor stores. Even sent the state police to take pictures of license plates of people who attended church on Easter Sunday. NEVER!
I would rather vote for a pile of horse manure than Andy!
