Carter says ‘plenty of work done’ on 2022 Fair!

2022 LAWRENCE COUNTY, KY. FAIR OPENING CEREMONY…

On Thursday July 29, 2022 the Lawrence County Fair had Opening Ceremonies at 5:00 PM at the LC Fairgrounds in Louisa, Kentucky. The Fairgrounds are located off Town Hill Road past the Louisa United Methodist Church, 816 Pine Hill Road, Louisa, KY 41230.
Lawrence County Judge-Executive Phil Carter welcomed everyone and said, “There is plenty work done here and there are a lot of people to be thanked, the Fair Board, Tourism Commission, Fiscal Court and all the workers. We work as a team here in Lawrence County including all the City Officials and we have a lot more to do, maybe next year.”

Thursday, July 28th, 2022
- Fair Opens – 5PM
- Opening Ceremonies – Judge Phillip Carter
- Prayer – Chris Jobe
- Flag Salute – American Legion
- National Anthem – Maelyn Huff
- Livestock Show – 6;00 PM
- (Cattle, Sheep, Pigs, Goats, etc.)
Check-Ins 5-6PM - Cowboy Church – 7PM
