TWO LAWRENCE COUNTY, KENTUCKY RESIDENTS INDICTED BY JOHNSON COUNTY, KY. GRAND JURY IN SEPARATED CASES 
 
PAIR AMONG A DOZEN PEOPLE TOTAL GETTING INDICTMENTS FOR THE MONTH OF MAY

Twelve (12) people were named in indictments returned on May 22 by the Johnson County, KY. grand jury during its May meeting sessions, including two Lawrence County residents in sepaparte criminal cases .

• Kobe Brian Davis, 31, of Left Fork of Blaine Road, Louisa, KY., on charges of *first-degree possession of a controlled substance (cocaine, first offense), *first-degree possession of a controlled substance (opiates, first offense) and DUI.

• Danuell Marcum, 52, of Levisa Drive, Louisa, KY., on a charge of *first-degree bail jumping.

Those other ten individuals who were indicted included the following persons:

• Daniel Ray Ritchie, 47, of Campbell Branch, of Nippa, KY., on a charge of: *first-degree bail jumping. He was arrested on May 22, and is currently in the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center in Paintsville.

• Danny Joe Parker, 37, of Main Street, of Paintsville, KY., on charges of: *first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine, first offense) and public intoxication.

• Shyla Carolyn Brooke Morman-Selvage, 31, of Main Street, of Paintsville, KY., on a charge of: *first-degree bail jumping.

• Logan Neil Ross, 20, of Possum Trail, of Blackey, KY., on charges of: *first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine, first offense), *possession of marijuana, and *possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Timothy Ray Howard, 23, of Lee Prater Street, of Salyersville, KY., on a charge of: *first-degree bail jumping.

• Clinton James Castle, 44, of Vanover Branch, of Paintsville, on a charge of: *first-degree bail jumping. He was arrested on April 28, and is currently in the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center in Paintsville.

• Gary Lee Gamble Jr., 47, of Inez, KY.,, on charges of: *first-degree bail jumping (two counts); and being a persistent felony offender in the first degree (two counts). He has been incarcerated since April 12 in the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center in Paintsville after being on a separate criminal case out of Martin County, KY., .

• Cecil Ray Diamond, 45, of Dans Branch Road, of Williamson, West Virginia, on charges of: *first-degree promoting contraband; and *first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (less than 2 grams of methamphetamine, first offense).

• Michael David Cooper, 64, of Lindy Branch, of Nippa, KY., on charges of: *DUI (fourth or greater offense), *driving on a DUI-suspended license (aggravator, first offense) and a traffic charge.

• James Edwards Blevins, 33, of 6th Street, of Paintsville, KY., on a charge of: *theft ($1,000 to $10,000). He was arrested on April 23, and is currently in the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center in Paintsville.


• Diana Carol Howard, 56, of KY. 172, of Flatgap, KY., on charges of: *theft by deception ($1,000 to $10,000); and *wildlife violations.
