The WAYNE COUNTY DRUG ENFORCEMENT UNIT has been extremely busy in our communities. They have arrested (31) Drug Dealers on (72) Felony charges since July 1.
We currently have (4) Dealers with pending arrests on (9) Felony charges.
The US Marshals Cuffed Task Force aided in many of the arrests. Nearly half of the cases have been Crystal Methamphetamine distribution cases. We also indicted approximately (20) Drug suspects in July.
