ALLEGED SUSPECT IS CONVICTED FELON WHO HAS LENGTHY CRIMINAL RECORD SPANNING ACROSS TWO DECADES
Magoffin Co Man Indicted on Robbery and Other Charges
A Magoffin County man, whose has a lengthy criminal past, has been arrested for an alleged armed robbery from earlier this year. Law enforcement investigators say Travis M. Hall, 37, of Salyersville, allegedly robbed a man at gunpoint in March 2019.
A Magoffin County grand jury indicted Travis Hall December 5, on charges of:
*ROBBERY, 1ST DEGREE,
*POSSESSION OF HANDGUN BY CONVICTED FELON,
*WANTON ENDANGERMENT-1ST DEGREE.
Travis Hall also had outstanding warrant charges for:
*NON-PAYMENT OF COURT COSTS, FEES OR FINES.
Travis Hall was arrested Tuesday morning, December 10. by troopers of the Kentucky State Police, Post 9 -Pikeville. Hall is currently being held at the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center in Paintsville.
The suspect is facing some serious jail time with his latest criminal action, as he has an extensive criminal past history, having been arrested at least 19 times in the last 20 years, on dozens of various offenses, including at least 2 other armed robberies with a gun; Hall has already twice served sentence times in state prison.
Why didn’t they keep this grinning scumbag in prison?
