COACH’S COMMENTS
“… It was a good win over East Carter on the road. We started on our heels and went down 1-0. Then battled back and kept a two goal lead for most of the rest of the game. It did not lack in excitement though. EC had plenty of looks at the goal and our defense and Rylan Brady really had a great second half.”
“… Blake Maynard has been an amazing scorer and player during his career. He has an eye for the net and a leg to get it there. He will leave LC as the top goal scorer and likely top three in the state all time.”
“… Cooper Smith has been an anchor on defense since his freshman year. He is an extremely solid and efficient player that knows where to be to make a play.”
“… Michael Preston has transformed himself into a physical and determined midfielder. He looks to feed the ball forward and always involves himself in the play.”
