An “indictment” is the written statement of a grand jury accusing a person therein named of some act or omission which, by law, is declared to be an offense. It is not proof of guilt or innocence.
2 things I wanted to point out. The person in the photo for William Joseph McCoy is not the correct person for the indictment. Also why would you publish the minor child’s initials in the rape indictment? This is a small town and it wouldn’t take much to figure out who that child is if a person wanted to. Me personally I would be upset if it were my child’s initials being put on a public news website.
