* 12 Months For Complicity Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia And
* 90 Days For Complicity Possession Of Marijuana, All Charges Concurrent.
On a separate case of 1st degree Possession of A Controlled Substance/Opiate, First Offense the defendant will receive
* 2 years unsupervised probation with a pretrial diversion over three years and complete drug court.
Gary Haven Mills Cochran, 50 was present on a motion after competency hearing and pre-trial is set for next month on 12/22/17 on the two separate cases with the charges of Theft By Unlawful Taking $500 Or More, Persistent Felony Offender In The 1st Degree.
Thomas Dalton Jr., 35 pled guilty and charge was amended from Sexual Abuse, 1st degree, Victim Under 12 Years Of Age amended to Unlawful Transaction With A Minor and received 1 year, Persistent Felony Offender was dismissed. Final sentencing to be held on 1/12/18.

Freda Davis, 36 was present on the charges of Burglary, 3rd Degree, Tampering With Physical Evidence, Possession Of A Controlled Substance, 2nd Degree, Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia, Theft By Unlawful Taking Or Shoplifting Under $500, And Possession Of Marijuana.
