Mike Parsley, 52, of Louisa, KY, went to be with his Lord and Savior, November 5, 2021 at the University of Louisville Jewish Hospital.
Mike was born April 13, 1969 in Williamson, West Virginia to Raymond and Elizabeth Cassell Parsley.
He is survived by his father and mother, Raymond and Elizabeth “Libby” Cassell Parsley; his loving wife, Jodi Webb Parsley; one son, Luke Michael Parsley; one daughter, Elle Addison Parsley; one brother, Steve Parsley; one half-brother, Bryan (Mitzi) Maynard; his father and mother-in-law, Prentice Jackson Webb and Melody Webb; two sisters-in-law, Jaime (David) Stalvey and Jackie (Don) Hildebrand; and two brothers-in-law, Jeremy (Jessica) Webb and Josh (Krista) Webb.
Mike was a Senior Training Specialist for Marathon Petroleum, who loved spending time with his family and friends. He loved reading, weight lifting, photography and spending time on the lake with family. Mike was a former certified fire fighter on the Catlettsburg Refinery Volunteer Fire Department and Rescue Squad. He also was a former certified electrician.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 PM on Tuesday, November 9, 2021 at First Baptist Church of Louisa with Rev. Chuck Price officiating. Burial will follow in Yatesville Memorial Gardens.
Friends may visit the family on Monday, November 8 from 6-9 PM at the First Baptist Church of Louisa.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the First Baptist Church of Louisa Building Fund. All care has been entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home.
