Grayson, Ky. — It’s hard to believe but it is tournament time for Louisa Middle School boys basketball team as the Dawgs start postseason play today (Saturday) at East Carter.

The 8th Grade team ended up with the #4 seed in the east and will play the #1 seed out of the west Rowan Co. in the Large school division at East Carter middle school. Game time will be 12:30.
The 7th Grade team finished as the #2 seed and will play Simons out of Fleming Co. right after the 8th grade at 1:45 today.

Louisa 51 McKell 41 ( 8th )
Bryce Blevins poured in 25 points to lead the Dawgs to the victory in their last home game. Adam Scaggs tallied 12 points, Trenton Adkins, Tyler Bowen and Brody Diamond had 4 points each, Zach Holt chipped in with 2 points.
McKell 41 Louisa 27 ( 7th )
In the second game of the night it was the Bulldogs of McKell getting the road victory.
Dylan Ferguson led the Dawgs with 13 points, Kaden Gillispie had 9 points, Abner Collinsworth 7 points, Lawson Baisden 3 points.

In the first game of night it was a Bulldog victory.
Blake Maynard poured in 20 points, Talon Pollock 7 points, Ethan Perry 6 points, Dalton Runyons 5 points, Wyatt Branham 4 points.
