A Martin County Grand Jury returned 17 indictments when they met on August 6, 2020 with one man being indicted for sexual abuse stemming back to December 22, 2018.
Riley Horn was charged with sexual abuse in the first degree by knowingly and unlawfully subjecting a child less than 16 years of age to sexual contact.
