Commonwealth vs. George Stacy

The Grand Jury charges that on or before January 7, 2020 in Martin County Kentucky, the above-named defendant:

1. George Stacy committed the offense of trafficking in a controlled substance in the first degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of .7 grams of Methamphetamine, and two altered pipes

Commonwealth vs. James Eric Collins 

The Grand Jury charges that on or before February 3, 2020 in Martin County Kentucky, the above-named defendant:

1. James Eric Collins acting alone or in complicity with John Henry Jude committed the offense of theft by unlawful taking over $500 but under $10,000 by knowingly and unlawfully taking an industrial battery from a worksite location operated and maintained by Diversified Gas Company from Pikeville, Ky, the value of the items taken exceeded $500 at approximately $1230.00

2. The defendant having been charged in the instant indictment with the above stated felony count(s), is now being charged as a persistent felony offender, in the second degree.

Commonwealth vs. Arthur C. Hale

The Grand Jury charges that on or before March 6, 2020 in Martin County Kentucky, the above-named defendant:

1. Arthur C. Hale committed the offense of possession of a controlled substance in the first degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a scheduled I controlled substance, Heroin.

Commonwealth vs. John Henry Jude

The Grand Jury charges that on or before February 3, 2020 in Martin County Kentucky, the above-named defendant:

1. John Henry Jude acting alone or in complicity with James Eric Collins committed the offense of theft by unlawful taking over $500 but under $10,000 by knowingly and unlawfully taking an industrial battery from a worksite location operated and maintained by Diversified Gas Company from Pikeville, Ky, the value of the items taken exceeded $500 at approximately $1,230.00

2. The defendant having been charged in the instant indictment with the above stated felony count(s), is now being charged as a persistent felony offender, in the first degree.

Commonwealth vs. Bobby Blevins

The Grand Jury charges that on or before September 16, 2019   in Martin County Kentucky, the above-named defendant:

1. Bobby Blevins acting alone or in complicity with Ivory Marcum committed the offense of theft by unlawful taking over $500 but under $10.000 by knowingly and unlawfully taking various items of scrap metal from Bud Marcum’s Junk Yard located on KY Route 292 in Lovely, Ky and operated and maintained by Ellen Marcum of Lovely, Ky, the value of the items taken exceeded $500 at approximately $1,500.00.

Commonwealth vs. Anthony Osborne 

The Grand Jury charges that on or before March 2, 2020 in Martin County Kentucky, the above-named defendant:

1. Anthony Osborne committed the offense of possession of a controlled substance in the first degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a controlled substance, Methamphetamine.

2. The defendant committed the offense of possession of drug paraphernalia by knowingly and unlawfully being possession of three syringes, three altered straws and an altered light bulb.

Commonwealth vs. Paul Brewer

The Grand Jury charges that on or before May 7, 2020 in Martin County Kentucky, the above-named defendant:

1.  Paul Brewer acting alone or in complicity with Bobby Farmer committed the offense of possession of a controlled substance in the first degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a controlled substance, Methamphetamine.

2. The defendant committed the offense of possession of drug paraphernalia by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of syringes, straws and small baggies.

Commonwealth vs. Edd Pack III

The Grand Jury charges that on or before May 4,  2020  in Martin County Kentucky, the above-named defendant:

1. Edd Pack III acting alone or in complicity with Bobby Farmer committed the offense of possession of a controlled substance in the first degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a controlled substance, Methamphetamine.

2. The defendant committed the offense of possession of drug paraphernalia by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a syringe.

Commonwealth vs. Flora Sams

The Grand Jury charges that on or before August 20,  2019  in Martin County Kentucky, the above-named defendant:

1. Flora Sams committed the offense of theft by deception over $500 but under $10,000 by knowingly and unlawfully obtaining property by deception namely a 2003 F-150 truck with a value of $4,500 from Mr. James Mineer of Debord, Ky with the intent to deprive him thereof.

Commonwealth vs. Paul Smith

The Grand Jury charges that on or before March 2, 2020 in Martin County Kentucky, the above-named defendant:

1. Paul Smith acting alone or in complicity with Anthony Osborne, Angela Vance and Eric Smith committed the offense of possession of a controlled substance in the first degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a controlled substance, Methamphetamine.

2. The defendant acting alone or in complicity with Anthony Osborne, Angela Vance, and Eric Smith committed the offense of possession of drug paraphernalia by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of various items.

The Grand Jury charges that on or before March 2, 2020 in Martin County Kentucky, the above-named defendant:

1. Eric Smith acting alone or in complicity with Paul Smith,  Angela Vance and Anthony Osborne committed the offense of possession of a controlled substance in the first degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a controlled substance, Methamphetamine.

2. The defendant acting alone or in complicity with Paul Smith, Angela Vance, and Anthony Osborne committed the offense of possession of drug paraphernalia by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of various items.

Commonwealth vs. Angela Vance 

The Grand Jury charges that on or before March 2, 2020 in Martin County Kentucky, the above-named defendant:

1. Angela Vance acting alone or in complicity with Paul Smith,  Eric Smith and Anthony Osborne committed the offense of possession of a controlled substance in the first degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a controlled substance, Methamphetamine.

2. The defendant acting alone or in complicity with Paul Smith, Eric Smith and Anthony Osborne committed the offense of possession of drug paraphernalia by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of various items.

The Grand Jury charges that on or before March 20, 2020 in Martin County Kentucky, the above-named defendant:

1. Kristin Slone acting alone or in complicity with Michael Evans committed the offense of possession of a controlled substance in the first degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a controlled substance, Methamphetamine.

The Grand Jury charges that on or before March 20, 2020 in Martin County Kentucky, the above-named defendant:

1. Michael Evans acting alone or in complicity with Kirstin Slone committed the offense of possession of a controlled substance in the first degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a controlled substance, Methamphetamine.

Commonwealth vs. Amanda Meadows

The Grand Jury charges that on or before March 9, 2020 in Martin County Kentucky, the above-named defendant:

1. Amanda Meadows committed the offense of possession of controlled substance in the first degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a controlled substance, Methamphetamine.

2. The defendant committed the offense of drug paraphernalia by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of three syringes.

Commonwealth vs. Bryan Keith Bowen  

The Grand Jury charges that on or before May 21,  2020  in Martin County Kentucky, the above named-defendant:

1. Bryan Keith Bowen committed the offense of fleeing/evading in the first degree by knowingly and unlawfully disregarding signals and commands to stop given by Deputy David Adams with the Martin County Sheriff’s Department, in an attempt to flee.
