THERE WERE 18 ARRESTS IN MARTIN COUNTY FROM MARCH 18 THRU MARCH 23, 2018; ALSO SEPARATELY; THERE WAS A MARTIN COUNTY RESIDENT WHO WAS ARRESTED IN PAINTSVILLE IN JOHNSON COUNTY.
INTERESTINGLY, 10 OF THE 18 ‘ARRESTS’ IN MARTIN COUNTY WERE ONLY FOR THOSE WHO TURN THEMSELVES IN TO BE PICKED UP TO SERVE JAIL TIME FOR GUILTY PLEA ‘WEEKEND’ JAIL SENTENCES.
