JOHN D. KING, 32 , OF LOUISA, KY., WAS ARRESTED IN MARTIN COUNTY LATE FRIDAY NIGHT, APRIL 29, ON A FIRST DEGREE RAPE CHARGE, ALONG WITH A PAIR OF UNLAWFULA TRANSACTIONS WITH A MINOR COUNTS..
A Lawrence County, KY. man is in serious legal trouble after he was arrested in Martin County, KY. late Friday on a sex assault charge, along with separate unlawful transactions counts as well.
Details in this case are scarce in details at this time, but the alleged male perpetrator suspect, identified as John D. King, 32 , of Louisa, KY., was arrested at around 11:00 P.M., Friday night, April 29, by deputy William Tyler Lafferty of the Martin County Sheriff Office.
John King was charged with one count of
* RAPE, 1ST DEGREE; and he was also charged with two separate counts of
* UNLAWFUL TRANSACTION WITH/MINOR 2ND DEGREE.
It is not known at this time if the reported rape victim was an adult, or a juvenile minor, nor their sexual gender of the victim.
John D. King was transported to and booked at the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center in Paintsville, KY., in Johnson County.

I am the type that would go to the police myself if I thought this really happened since I am a rape victim and molested at a very young age so I know that he isn’t responsible for this.
She was 17 and they dated for several months, maybe even 6 months and she said a year ago that he got her night then raped her???? I’m sure that he didn’t put a gun to her head! But she loved smoking (the green leafs)

He has to be guilt, what decent 32 year old person would try to date a 17 year old, just doesn’t make sense. Minors can’t give permission
You info is 100 percent wrong he may have dated her sister back when she was 14 and he was 27 however but this charge stems from a girl at a party that he got high on synthetic drugs and when she was out he took raped her so before you go defending a sex offender by say he was it was just statutory rape get you facts straight than it was rape of a child and truly u are just as sick as he trying to defend him

Really so you saying that a 32 year man inviting a 16 year old girl to go party with him and doing drugs with her and as you putting it consensual sex is oki mean geezus what is wrong with you people say what u want does matter if same came from texas if a grown man sleeps with a child it is rape and in this case he gave a child drugs and took taped her you continue to focus on other things about the situation other than he is 32 and she was 16 and he gave her drugs and slept with her so so yeah no matter what spin you put on it is against the law so yeah quit lying to yourself and face it he is going to prison and while you may find humor in this situation remember that when he will be the victim in prison all those stories you hear about pedophiles in prison they are true

I think the girls parents are to blame too, what parents let their 16 year old girl go out and about and not know who they are hanging with or going our with. I’m not picking any sides , but to me their should be blame on both sides , but the parents of the daughter obviously let her run wild just like most of the other parents I see in Louisa, my mother would of never let my sister go anywhere with anyone she didn’t know and she always knew where my sister was until she was 18. Plain and simple we live in a dopehead crazy town if u don’t want bad things happening to your kids , keep them safe and know where they are at all times , pretty simple. Be their parents not they best friends.
I know this is an old post, but wanted to say some parents work. If you work you’re not able to be with your child every hour of every day, even if you want to. At 16 or 17, I suppose it’s possible that maybe they thought their child was ok to be left alone. Or maybe the child had snuck out. Doesn’t really matter what happened, she didn’t deserve to be raped, some of y’all on here are really good at victim blaming. You might’ve had a perfect life, with perfect parents, but all of us aren’t that fortunate.
Sad part about all this is this is just the first time he’s got caught, he’s been doing this crap getting underage girls high on spice and screwing them since he was in his early 20s and he’s 32, if only people knew all the shit that went on at their old house out rt32 before they tore it down and put the new road in they’d burry him under the jail
