LAWRENCE COUNTY ARREST LIST – NOVEMBER 1-8, 2018

In the first 7 & 1/2 days of the month of November; from 12:01 A.M. November 1 thru to 3:10 P.M. November 8, there were at least 96 individuals who were arrested and were brought to be lodged at the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center in Paintsville, Kentucky. Out of those 96, 20 of those arrested were from Lawrence County.
That is in comparison to the final 6 day period of the month of October; from 12:01 A.M. October 26 thru to 11:59 P.M. October 31, there were at least 60 individuals who were arrested and were brought to be lodged at the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center in Paintsville, Kentucky. Out of those 60, 12 of those arrested were from Lawrence County.
Six Lawrence County residents were arrested in other Ky. counties (1 in Boyd County, 1 in Johnson County, 3 in Martin County, and 1 in Oldham County, Ky. ). That is compared also to 5 Lawrence County residents busted and listed in the previous arrest report last week.
In just over 3 weeks, since October 17, there have been 43 arrests in Lawrence County; with another 16 Lawrence County citizens arrested in other Kentucky counties.
Also in that same time period; the number of inmates booked at the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center in Paintsville, Kentucky was at least 270.
The names and criminal charges of the latest 20 Lawrence County arrests, as well as the 6 Lawrence County residents arrested in other county jurisdictions, are the following:
Bradley A. Fraley, 46, of Louisa, was arrested on November 1, 2018, at 3:29 P.M., by Chief Greg Fugitt of the Louisa Police Department and was charged with: • CONTEMPT OF COURT LIBEL/SLANDER RESISTANCE TO ORDER, • MANUFACTURING METHAMPHETAMINE, 1ST OFFENSE.
David M. Meek, 31, of Hagerhill, Kentucky; was arrested on November 1, 2018, at 6:53 P.M., by an officer of the Louisa Police Department and was charged with:
• THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING OR DISPOSITION SHOPLIFTING UNDER/$500,
• CRIMINAL TRESPASSING-2ND DEGREE.
Glen D. Gray, 57, of Louisa, was arrested on November 1, 2018, at 9:54 P.M., by an officer of the Louisa Police Department,and was charged with: • DISREGARDING STOP SIGN, • NO OPERATORS-MOPED LICENSE, • OPERATING

Alisha N. Whitt, 33, of Louisa, was arrested on November 2, 2018, at 2:38 P.M., by deputy ? Moore of the Lawrence County Department, and was charged with:

Cara Fields, 65, of Beauty, Kentucky; was arrested on November 2, 2018, at 6:25 P.M., by an officer of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with:

Bethla Florence Stump, 36, of Louisa, was arrested on October 30, 2018, at 4:21 A.M., by a deputy of the Lawrence County Department, and was charged with:
