LAWRENCE COUNTY ARREST LIST – FEBRUARY 10-27, 2022

FROM 12:00 A.M., FEBRUARY 10, 2022, THRU TO 11:59 P.M., FEBRUARY 27, 2022, (17 DAYS); AT LEAST 192 PEOPLE WERE ARRESTED FROM JOHNSON, LAWRENCE, MAGOFFIN, AND MARTIN COUNTIES  COMBINED, AND WERE BOOKED AT THE BIG SANDY REGIONAL DETENTION  CENTER IN PAINTSVILLE.
OUT OF THOSE 192 ARRESTS, 24 ARRESTS WERE FROM LAWRENCE COUNTY.
 
SEPARATELY,THREE(3) LAWRENCE COUNTY RESIDENT WERE TAKEN INTO CUSTODY IN NEIGHBORING KENTUCKY COUNTIES JURISDICTIONS (TWO (2) IN MARTIN COUNTY, AND ONE (1) IN JOHNSON COUNTY).
 
PREVIOUSLY, FROM 12:00 A.M., JANUARY 18, 2022, THRU TO 11:59 P.M., FEBRUARY 9, 2022, (23 DAYS); AT LEAST 162 PEOPLE WERE ARRESTED FROM JOHNSON, LAWRENCE, MAGOFFIN, AND MARTIN COUNTIES  COMBINED, AND WERE BOOKED AT THE BIG SANDY REGIONAL DETENTION  CENTER IN PAINTSVILLE. OUT OF THOSE 162 ARRESTS, 25 ARRESTS WERE FROM LAWRENCE COUNTY. SEPARATELY, SIX (6) LAWRENCE COUNTY RESIDENT WERE TAKEN INTO CUSTODY IN OTHER KENTUCKY COUNTIES JURISDICTIONS (ONE (1) IN MARTIN COUNTY, TWO (2) IN CARTER COUNTY, ONE (1) IN PIKE COUNTY, ONE IN GREENUP COUNTY, AND ONE (1) IN POWELL COUNTY).
HERE ARE THE LATEST TWENTY-FOUR (24) ARRESTS IN LAWRENCE COUNTY, ALONG WITH THE THREE (3) LAWRENCE COUNTY RESIDENTS OUTSIDE LAWRENCE COUNTY, ARE AS THE FOLLOWING:
Ashley Hendrix, 28, of Louisa, Kentucky; was arrested on February 12, 2022, at 2:20 A.M., by patrolman officer Teddy B. Newsome,of the Louisa Police Department,& was charged with:• CRIMINAL  TRESPASSING-3RD DEGREE, • MENACING, • RESISTING ARREST, • ASSAULT 3RD DEGREE-POLICE OFFICER OR PROBATION OFFICER, • PUBLIC INTOXICATION-CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (EXCLUDES ALCOHOL), • THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING OR DISPOSITION AUTO $10,000 < $1,000,000.
 
Samantha J. Crabtree, 37, of Wayne, West Virginia; was arrested on February 14, 2022, at 6:47 A.M., by the Louisa Police Department,& was charged with: • RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY $10,000 OR MORE.
Jerod Lee Kelly, 34, of Louisa, Kentucky; was arrested on February 15, 2022, at 4:15 A.M., by the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:• ASSAULT, 4TH DEGREE (DOMESTIC VIOLENCE) MINOR INJURY, • CRIMINAL MISCHIEF 2ND DEGREE.
April Bowen, 32, of Louisa, Kentucky; was arrested on February 16, 2022 at 12:31 P.M., by officer Randy McCarty of the Kentucky Department of Corrections Division of Probation and Parole, and was charged with: • PROBATION VIOLATION (FOR FELONY OFFENSE)..
Jamie R. Domosley, 32, of Louisa, Kentucky; was arrested on February 16, 2022 at 12:35 P.M., by the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING OR DISPOSITION AUTO – $500 OR MORE BUT U/$10,000, • THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING OR DISPOSITION CONTENTS FROM VEHICLE $500 OR MORE BUT U/$10,000
 
Jamie R, Domosley was transferred from the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center in Paintsville, KY., in Johnson County; and was taken to and lodged in the Boyd County Detention Center in Catlettsburg, KY., on February 17, 2022, at 6:10 P.M., on the court bench warrant for charge of: • THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING OR DISPOSITION AUTO – $500 OR MORE BUT U/$10,000. Jamie R. Domosley bond was set at $10,000 fully cash only.
Jason S. McKinney, 35, of Paintsville, Kentucky; was taken into custody on February 18, 2022, at 9:15 P.M., by deputy Tyler Laney, of the Lawrence County Sheriff Office, to serve a guilty plea jail sentence, “weekender”: • CONTEMPT OF COURT LIBEL/ SLANDER RESISTANCE TO ORDER.
 
Amy M. Wolford, 37, of Louisa, Kentucky; was arrested on February 19, 2022, at 4:25 P.M., by a trooper of the Kentucky State Police,Post 14-Ashland, KY., & was charged with: • NON-PAYMENT OF COURT COSTS, FEES, OR FINES.
Ryan R. York, 36, of Louisa, Kentucky; was arrested on February 19, 2022, at 4:25 P.M., by a trooper of the Kentucky State Police,Post 14-Ashland, KY., & was charged with: • OPERATING MOTOR VEHICLE UNDER/INFLUENCE SUBSTANCE (189A.010(1C) – 1ST OFFENSE, • POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA,   • IMPROPER TURNING,  • FAILURE TO OR IMPROPER SIGNAL, • OPERATING VEHICLE WITH EXPIRED OPERATORS LICENSE, • FAILURE TO WEAR SEAT BELTS,, • OPERATORS LICENSE
 
Brittany A. Endicott, 29, of Louisa, Kentucky; was arrested on February 19, 2022, at 4:25 P.M., by a trooper of the Kentucky State Police,Post 14-Ashland, KY., & was charged with: • NON-PAYMENT OF COURT COSTS, FEES, OR FINES.
Marion Wade Martin, 50, of Wayland, Kentucky; was arrested on February 20, 2022, at 1:19 P.M., by deputy Tyler Laney, of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • MENACING. The Menacing charge was from a complaint warrant out of Floyd County, KY.
 
Melissa D, Wolford, 34, of Louisa,Kentucky; was taken into custody on February 21,2022, at 8:28 P.M., by deputy Joseph Osborne, of the Lawrence County Sheriff Office, to serve a guilty plea jail sentence, “weekender”: • CONTEMPT OF COURT LIBEL/ SLANDER RESISTANCE TO ORDER
Riley Robert, 46, of West Liberty, Kentucky; was arrested on February 22, 2022, at 2:14 P.M., by chief deputy-sergeant Mason Keefer, of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • VIOLATION OF A KENTUCKY EPO/DVO. The EPO-DVO Violation charge was from a court bench from out of Morgan County, KY. District Court.
Michael Shawn Cordle, 47, of Louisa, Kentucky; was arrested on February 22, 2022 at 11:12 P.M., by deputy Joseph Osborne, of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, & was charged with: • ASSAULT, 1ST DEGREE. Michael Cordle’s bond was set at $10,000 full cash only.
 
Linda L. Whitt, 41, of Louisa, Kentucky; was arrested on February 23, 2022, at 8:15 A.M., by chief deputy-sergeant Mason Keefer, of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:  • OPERATING MOTOR VEHICLE UNDER/INFLUENCE ALCOHOL .08 (189A.010(1A) – 1ST OFFENSE,
Kayla Nunn, 33, of Louisa,Kentucky; was arrested on February 23,2018,at 11:33 A.M.,by the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, & was charged with: • ASSAULT, 4TH DEGREE (DOMESTIC VIOLENCE) MINOR INJURY, • CRUELTY TO ANIMALS-2ND DEGREE
 
Travis A. Cordle, 35, of Blaine, Kentucky; was arrested on February 23, 2022, at 1:52 P.M., by an officer of the Louisa Police Department, & was charged with: • PUBLIC INTOXICATION-CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (EXCLUDES ALCOHOL), •  POSSESSION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 2ND DEGREE – DRUG UNSPECIFIED, •  POSSESSION OF HANDGUN BY CONVICTED FELON
 
Darin Lee Conley, 35, of Louisa, Kentucky; was arrested on February 24, 2022 at 2:20 P.M., by deputy Dwayne Bowen, of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, & was charged with: • SERVING BENCH WARRANT FOR COURT.
Robert R. Whitt, 41, of Louisa, Kentucky; was arrested on February 24, 2022, at 4:55 P.M., by the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, & was charged with: • INADEQUATE SILENCER (MUFFLER),  • FLEEING OR EVADING POLICE, 2ND DEGREE (MOTOR VEHICLE), • NO REGISTRATION PLATES,  • FAILURE TO WEAR SEAT BELTS, • FAILURE TO REGISTER TRANSFER OF MOTOR VEHICLE, • WANTON ENDANGERMENT-2ND DEGREE, • FAILURE OF OWNER TO MAINTAIN REQUIRED INSURANCE/ SECURITY, 1ST OFFENSE, • RECKLESS DRIVING, • OPERATING ON SUSPENDED OR REVOKED OPERATORS LICENSE.

Chad Franklin Caudill, 25, of Louisa, Kentucky; was arrested on February 26, 2022 at 9:47 A.M., by deputy Tyler Laney, of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, & was charged with: • RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY $1,000 < $10,000.
 
Austin Wilson, 24, of Louisa, Kentucky; was arrested on February 26, 2022, at 4:16 P.M., by a trooper of the Kentucky State Police, Post 14-Ashland, KY., & was charged with: • NO REGISTRATION PLATES,  • NO REGISTRATION RECEIPT, • FAILURE TO PRODUCE INSURANCE CARD, • FAILURE TO WEAR SEAT BELTS, • OPERATING MOTOR VEHICLE UNDER/INFLUENCE SUBSTANCE (189A.010(1C) – 1ST OFFENSE, • FAILURE TO NOTIFY ADDRESS CHANGE TO DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION,   • POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA, • DRUG PARAPHERNALIA – BUY/POSSESS, • FAILURE TO REGISTER TRANSFER OF MOTOR VEHICLE.                                                                    
 
Matthew Russell, 32, of Louisa, Kentucky; was arrested on February 26, 2022, at 6:39 P.M., by a trooper of the Kentucky State Police, Post 14-Ashland, KY., & was charged with: • FUGITIVE FROM ANOTHER STATE – WARRANT REQUIRED (2 SEPARATE CHARGES COUNTS).
 
Jacob McClain, 20, of Morehead, Kentucky; was arrested on February 27, 2022, at 1:14 P.M., by the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with: • INADEQUATE SILENCER (MUFFLER), • IMPROPER LANE USAGE-VEHICLES KEEP TO RIGHT EXCEPT TO PASS, • FAILURE TO PRODUCE INSURANCE CARD, • OPERATING MOTOR VEHICLE UNDER/INFLUENCE SUBSTANCE (189A.010(1C) – 1ST OFFENSE.
 

Amanda M. Rosser, 38, of Blaine, Kentucky; was arrested on February 27, 2022, at 7:22 P.M., by patrolman officer Jeffery Chase Kirk, of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with: • POSSESSION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 1ST DEGREE, 1ST OFFENSE (METHAMPHETAMINE), • DRUG PARAPHERNALIA – BUY/POSSESS, • TAMPERING WITH PHYSICAL EVIDENCE, • FAILURE TO APPEAR.

    Why are all the same people showing up on this page and it always says first offense we know that’s bulshit lock these people up and not just for a day or two in jail let them do their time and be done with it but they still continue to do these same crimes over and over and over again then something seriously needs to be done to these people I call b*******
