KENTUCKY STATE POLICE SPECIAL ELECTRONIC CRIME UNIT CHARGE BOYD COUNTY MAN WITH CHILD SEXUAL EXPLOITATION OFFENSES
SEPARATELY; U.S. MARSHALS ARE SEARCHING FOR FUGITIVE FLORIDA MAN IN WEST VIRGINIA ACCUSED OF 2019 SEX CRIMES AND DRUG CRIMES AGAINST CHILDREN
A Boyd County, Kentucky man was busted by a state police special unit after he was discovered to be engaging in activity involving child pornography.
The Kentucky State Police (KSP) Electronic Crime Branch arrested Jonathan Taylor Breeding, 23, of Ashland, Ky., on charges related to child sexual abuse material.
Jonathan Breeding was arrested as the result of an undercover Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) investigation. The KSP Electronic Crime Branch began the investigation after discovering the suspect uploading images of child sexual exploitation online.
The investigation resulted in the execution of a search warrant at a residence in Ashland on September 14, 2021. Equipment used to facilitate the crime was seized and taken to KSP’s forensic laboratory for examination. The investigation is ongoing.
Jonathan Taylor Breeding is currently charged with one count of promoting a minor under the age of sixteen in a sexual performance. This charge is a Class-B felony punishable by ten to fifteen years in prison; Ten counts of possessing or viewing matter portraying a minor under the age of twelve in a sexual performance. This charge is a Class-C felony punishable by five to ten years in prison. Jonathan Taylor Breeding was also charged with seven counts of possessing or viewing matter portraying a minor over the age of twelve in a sexual performance and one count of distribution of matter portraying a minor in a sexual performance. These charges are Class-D felonies punishable by one to five years in prison.
If found guilty and convicted in a trial on all charges, Jonathan Taylor Breeding could face a sentence from 68 years to 155 years in state prison.Jonathan Taylor Breeding was lodged in the Boyd County Detention Center. He is currently being held on a $25,000 full cash bond only.

The Kentucky Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force is composed of more than twenty-six local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies. The mission of the ICAC Task Force, created by the United States Department of Justice and administrated by the Kentucky State Police, is to assist state and local law enforcement agencies in developing a response to cyber enticement and child sexual abuse material investigations. This support encompasses forensic and investigative components, training and technical assistance, victim services, prevention and community education. The ICAC program was developed in response to the increasing number of children and teenagers using the internet, the proliferation of child sexual abuse material, and the heightened online activity of predators searching for unsupervised contact with underage victims.

U.S. MARSHALS SEARCHING FOR MAN ACCUSED OF SEX CRIMES AGAINST CHILDREN
United States Marshals with the assistance of several other agencies are searching for a fugitive with ties to West Virginia.U.S. Marshals say Alain Luis Forget, 60, of Eustis, Florida; which is in Lake County Florida; is wanted for attempted lewd and lascivious molestation of a minor and the delivery of a controlled substance to a minor charges in Hamilton County, Florida
Law enforcement officials say Alain Forget has ties to West Virginia, and was last seen in the Fayette County area.
Alain Luis Forget was last known to be driving a 2015 black Chevy Silverado pick-up truck with Florida license plate number HPX138.

The U.S. Marshals of the Southern District of West Virginia Task Force and the Florida/ Caribbean Regional Fugitive Task Force are involved in the search for Alain Forget.
