Docket for Friday, May 11th
Hon. Judge J.D. Preston reset all cases for sentencing and little was done in the Circuit Court on Friday, May 11th.
A bench warrant was issued for James Moore on the basis of not showing up for sentencing. Moore is a sex offender, his status is non-compliant. A description of Moore can be found on Kentucky State Police Sex Offender Registry.
All sentencing was reset and next court date, the sentences imposed will be on the Lazer.
Lloyd Brown, Jr., 48 – Entered a not guilty plea and a public defender was appointed on Complicity Trafficking In a Controlled Substance, 1st offense, methamphetamine and Complicity Possession of Marijuana.
Pre-trial set for 6/8/18.
Lloyd Brown Jr., was also arraigned on Complicity Trafficking In A Controlled Substance, 1st Degree, Complicity Trafficking In A Controlled Substance, 2nd Degree And Complicity Trafficking In A Controlled Substance, 3rd Degree.
James Castle, 53 pled not guilty on a motion to reduce bond on the charges of Complicity Trafficking A Controlled Substance Within 1000 feet of a School, Complicity Trafficking In A Controlled Substance, 3rd Degree, 1st Offense (Drug Unspecified) And Persistent Felony Offender, 2nd Degree.
The motion to reduce bond was overruled and pre-trial set for 6/8/18.
Sierra Caudill, 33 entered a guilty plea based on an offer by the Commonwealth for knowingly exploiting an adult over $300.
Sentencing to be held on 6/8/18.
Robert Chafin, 41 was present and a bond hearing for Trafficking In a Controlled Substance, 1st Degree.
The defendant will remain in custody during sentencing of this case.
William Chafin, 30 entered a not guilty plea on Bail Jumping, 1st Degree and pre-trial set for 6/8/18.
Kelly Collins, 40 entered a not Guilty plea on Trafficking In A Controlled Substance, 1st Degree, 1st offense.
Pre-trial set for 6/8/18.
Kenneth Conn, 46 entered a not guilty plea on Complicity Trafficking In a Controlled Substance, 1st Degree.
Pre-trial set for 6/8/18, and defendant to remain on the same bond.
Michael Cooper, 33 pled not guilty at arraignment, a public defender was appointed on bail jumping, 1st Degree.
Pre-trial set for 6/8/18. On The defendant’s original charge, Complicity Robbery, 2nd Degree, pre-trial is set for 6/8/18.
Carrie Daniels, 31 entered a guilty plea based on the Commonwealth’s offer for Complicity Manufacturing Methamphetamine, 1st offense.
Final sentencing to be held on 6/22/18.
Thurman Endicott, 31 was arraigned on Complicity Possession Of A Controlled Substance, 1st Degree, Methamphetamine, Complicity Tampering With Physical Evidence, Operating On Suspended/Revoked License And Failure Of Non-Owner Operator To Maintain Required Insurance.
Pre-trial set for 6/8/18.
Tommy Evans, 30 entered guilty plea based on the Commonwealth‘s offer on an amended Complicity Manufacturing Methamphetamine, 1st and Persistent Felony Offender, 2nd Degree.
Final sentencing to be held on 6/8/18.
Travis Falls, 39 was arraigned on Possession of a Controlled Substance, 1st Degree, methamphetamine.
Pre-trial set for May 25, 2018.
Donnie Harris, 37 was set for sentencing on Complicity Trafficking In a Controlled Substance, Methamphetamine and the case was reset for 8/10/18.
Crystal Kincaid, 41 was arraigned on Complicity Trafficking In a Controlled Substance, 1st Degree.
A public defender was appointed and pre-trial set for 6/8/18.
Jimmy Levering, 36 was present for motion hour and his Lawyer, Greg Griffith had 3 motions for destruction of evidence. The motions were granted.
Lonnie Marcum, 37 Pled guilty based on the Commonwealth’s offer for Receiving Stolen Property and Persistent Felony Offender.
Sentencing is to be held on 6/8/18.
Alisha Martin, 39 was present on a Motion To Revoke Probation. The defendant stipulated to the violations and waved hearing.
Probation revoked and the defendant remanded to the Department of Corrections.
James Moore, 67 was on the docket for a Motion To Revoke Probation. The defendant was not present and a bench warrant issued on 2 cases.
Nathaniel Pack, 35 sentencing was reset for Possession of Cocaine, 1st offense. The defendant to be released today per order.
Sentencing to be held on 5/25/18.
Michael Pennington, Jr. 32 was arraigned on 1st Degree Possession of a Controlled Substance, 1st offense, methamphetamine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Pre-trial set for 6/8/18 and bond to be evaluated for in home incarceration.
Ricky Vance, 51 was on the docket for sentencing on 2 Counts of Burglary, 3rd Degree and Wanton Endangerment, 1st degree. The defendant was not present in a bench warrant was issued.
Jeramie Vanover, 41 Was present on a Motion To Reduce Bond On The Charges Of Engaging In Organized Crime And Persistent Felony Offender.
Bond to remain the same, motion was denied
