Joe Kevin Frazier

1958 — 2018

Joe Kevin Frazier, 59 of Louisa, KY passed away on Tuesday June, 5th at Community Hospice in Ashland, KY.

Kevin was born August 9, 1958 to the late Samuel and Marie (Maynard) Frazier. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his younger sister, Sharon Barlow.

Survivors include his common-law wife Teresa Fyffe; sister and brother in-law Diana (Bret) Arnold; Niece Sharon (Richard) Calderon; Nephew Cole Barlow and numerous beloved Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, June 16th at Young Funeral Home Chapel at 2:00 PM.
