Circuit Judge John D. Preston handled a lengthy docket Friday. Below are the results.
Stanley Webb Jr. Was present on charges of convicted felon in possession of a firearm, two counts of Murder and Theft by Unlawful Taking of an Automobile. Defendant is still on trial for the heinous murders of his family members in Blaine, Ky back in June of 2016.
John Allen, 40 was on the docket for THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING OVER $300. Defendant not present and a bench warrant issued.

Traci Combs-Hall, Was on the docket for a MOTION TO REVOKE PROBATION, defendant was not present and a bench warrant was issued.

Clyde McKenzie, was present and pled guilty to an amended charge of COMPLICITY KNOWINGLY EXPLOIT ADULT OVER $300 to a misdemeanor. Was sentenced to 12 months of supervised probation over a 24 month, and other conditions.

Reatha McKenzie, Pled guilty and was sentenced on this date for the charge of COMPLICITY KNOWINGLY EXPLOIT ADULT BY PERSON OVER $300, was amended to a misdemeanor and sentenced to 12 months probated over 24 months and other conditions.
Michael Mills, was arraigned on COMPLICITY MANUFACTURING METHAMPHETAMINE, 1st offense. Pretrial set for 8-11-17.
Eric Nolan, was present on the charge of ASSAULT, 1st degree. Atty. Bud Adams motioned to W/D, and continue trial date, motion was granted. Set for status hearing on 7-28-17.

Steven Price, pled guilty and was sentenced on this day to the amended charge of RAPE, 1st degree, victim under the age of 12. Charge was amended to a misdemeanor and defendant was sentenced to 12 months with credit for time on home incarceration and the remainder in county jail.
