LOUISA, KY After a 7-5 season that ended with a loss at defending State Champion Boyle Co. the accolades are stating to roll in for Lawrence Co. Football.
Senior QB Noah West was recently named Co Player of the Year in Class 3A Region 7 District 6 along with Belfry QB Avery Browning.
West had an unbelievable year on the gridiron finishing with 32 touchdowns and over 2,100 yards on the ground. He was also a key cog on defense late in the year.
The Dawgs were well represented on the All District with Seniors Hunter Crum, Ashton Blankenship, Burke Hogan, Dylan Sizemore, Eric Price, Christian Horn, Junior Bradley Osborne, Sophomores Baden Gillispie and Brandon Davis.
Making Honorable Mention for the Bulldogs were Seniors Tanner Rasnake, Kolten Dean, Eric Webb, Junior Clayton Sullivan and Sophomore Danny Hall.
The players were selected by the Coaches.
