Join Rambling Fever Travel as we travel to Rio Grande, Ohio for a fun filled day at the 46th annual Bob Evans Farm Festival.
Enjoy great food, one of a kind arts and crafts, a wide variety of entertainment and activities, all situated on the beautiful Bob Evans Farm, where the famous sausage company began in 1953.
“The Sausage Shop,” as it was called became the first Bob Evans Restaurant which is still open today. Bob Evans, founder of the company, lived here on the farm with his family for nearly 20 years.
Visit the Homestead, built in 1825, which once served as an inn and a stage coach stop, and is now listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
Other sites to see include a Revolutionary War cemetery, an ancient indian burial mound, and a cave where Daniel Boone reportedly slept!
