Motorcycle Accident In Blaine
Blaine Volunteer Fire Department was the first on the scene of a motorcycle accident today in Blaine, Ky. The accident happened around 4 P.M. in the curve right before Blaine Community Center.
Blake Ramey a 17 year old boy that attends Lawrence Co. High School wrecked with several injuries.
Medics say he has severe “road rash” and a possible head injury. Netcare Ambulance transferred the patient from the scene of the accident to the Air Evac Lifeteam that landed at the Community Center not even a mile from the accident.
Air Evac Lifeteam flew the boy to a trauma center in Huntington, WVA. The following agencies responded: Blaine Volunteer Fire Department, Lawrence Co. Emergency Management, Netcare Ambulance and the Air Evac Lifeteam 116- Inez, Ky.
