SEPARATELY, TWO (2) LAWRENCE COUNTY RESIDENTS WERE TAKEN INTO CUSTODY IN OTHER NEIGHBORING COUNTIES JURISDICTIONS (ONE (1) IN MARTIN COUNTY, AND ONE (1) IN JOHNSON COUNTY).
PREVIOUSLY, FROM 12:00 A.M., DECEMBER 20, 2021, THRU TO 11:59 P.M.,DECEMBER 31,2021, (12 DAYS); AT LEAST 98 PEOPLE WERE ARRESTED FROM JOHNSON, LAWRENCE, MAGOFFIN, AND MARTIN COUNTIES COMBINED, AND WERE BOOKED AT THE BIG SANDY REGIONAL DETENTION CENTER IN PAINTSVILLE. OUT OF THOSE 98 ARRESTS, 18 ARRESTS WERE FROM LAWRENCE COUNTY. SEPARATELY, THREE (3) LAWRENCE COUNTY RESIDENT WERE TAKEN INTO CUSTODY IN OTHER NEIGHBORING COUNTIES JURISDICTIONS (TWO (2) IN MARTIN COUNTY, AND ONE (1) IN JOHNSON COUNTY).
AT 6:00 A.M., TUESDAY, JANUARY 17, 2021, THERE WERE 243 INMATES LODGED AT THE BIG SANDY REGIONAL DETENTION CENTER IN PAINTSVILLE, KENTUCKY. THE ‘MAXIMUM DESIGNATED CAPACITY’ OF THE BSRDC IS FOR 225 INMATES.

Bradley E. Parsley., 43, of Louisa, Kentucky; was arrested on January 2, 2022, at 9:57 A.M.,by deputy Joseph Osborne, of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:
