The Martin County Health Department is currently operating the syringe exchange through the University of Kentucky. The exchange is operating Monday thru Friday, and takes place at the back entrance to the health department.
You may call 298-7752 and ask for Sheila Howell, as we currently have all doors locked due to Covid-19.
The exchange is done by participants bringing in their used needles and receiving new, sterile syringes. No identification is needed, everything is done anonymously. Please call 298-7752.
I’m an alcoholic and I ran out of Jack Daniels. Can I get another bottle?
I feel for you buddy. You are the victim here. Someone needs to support this poor guy’s addiction.
I think you just got to bring the empty bottle back. Lol
well if you are comparing your problem with the needle exchange then i guess they might give you a sanitized cup

DUMP TRUMP 2020
Typical KAG response. Let’s politicized everything. Try to find some way to make Trump look bad even if it has absolutely nothing to do with him.
i don’t have to make your dear leader look bad
open your eyes 186,000 Americans dead $6.6 trillion added to the debt 20,000,000 people have lost there jobs and riots in the streets we haven’t seen since the 60’s
Welcome to Donald’s America
They are getting 2/3 million dollars for this ,that’s why Martin co health department is doing this
No but the government should hand out free shot glasses.
I feel it’s discrimination against an alcoholic. What’s good for one addict should be good for another whatever the problem.
I’m addicted to food!! If I bring in an empty plate, will they refill it??
I have the same problem it started about 400 pounds ago it’s tough
Addiction is Addiction no matter what it is. We are an obese state. Probably more obese people than drug addicts. You ever heard the old saying whatever is good for the goose is good for the gander. Just saying.
