The above named defendant committed the offense of possession or viewing of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor by knowingly having in his possession or control and/or intentionally viewing matter which visually depicted an actual sexual performance by a minor person with knowledge of its content, character namely a file shared through Snapchat of an prepubescent female with private area(s) exposed in a sexual manner.

The above named defendant committed the offense of possession or viewing of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor by knowoingly having in his possession or control and/or intentionally viewing matter which visually depicted an actual sexual performance by a minor person with knowledge of its content, character namely a file shared through Snapchat of an prepubescent child in a red dress engaging in oral sex on a male with private area(s) exposed.
Commonwealth vs. Chad A. Nichols
The Grand Jury charges that on or before August 6, 2019 in Martin County, Ky, the above named defendant:

Chad A. Nichols committed the offense of fleeing or evading police in the first degree by knowingly and unlawfully by operating a motor vehicle with the attempt to elude or fell Deputy Paul McCoy with the Martin County Sheriff’s Department, while acting in his official capacity as a police officer.

Chad Nichols committed the offense of escape in the second degree by knowingly and unlawfully escaping the custody of Deputy Paul McCoy with the Martin County Sheriff’s Department.

Chad Nichols committed the offense of wanton endangerment in the first degree by knowingly and unlawfully engaging in conduct which created a substantial danger to another, namely Deputy Paul McCoy with the Martin County Sheriff’s Department.

The Grand Jury charges that on or before March 13, 2020 in Martin County, Ky, the above named defendant:

Mardy Mollett Jr. committed the offense of burglary in the first degree by knowingly and unlawfully entering the dwelling house of Pamlea Blevins of Tomahawk, Ky with the intent to commit a crime of assault.
