MYRTLE BEACH, SC. — Lawrence Co. ( 9-0 ) improved to 3-0 on their annual spring break trip as Freshman Bryce Blevins was fantastic on the mound in a 1-0 victory over George Rogers Clark ( 2-4 ) late Tuesday night.
Blevins went the distance and struck out 14 Cardinals, allowed 3 hits and walked 2, he also drove in the lone run. CJ Fairchild singled and scored in the second inning. Tyler Maynard and Ethan Whitt had the other hits as the Dawgs only mustered 3 knocks for the ballgame.

In their first game in South Carolina the Dawgs got off to a fast start to remain undefeated on the young season as Tyler Maynard led off the trip with a Home rum and pitched five and 2/3 of 1 run baseball to get the win. Jacob Fletcher finished it off for the save.
For the Dawgs offensively Maynard collected 2 RBIs, Jackson Feltner had 2 hits including a moon shot Home run and 2 RBIs, CJ Fairchild had. RBI double and Bryce Blevins 1 hit and 1 RBI, Lucas Maynard 1 hit.

In a game that started at 8:30 on a cold Monday morning as Jackson Feltner threw a complete game 4 hitter to get the win. He also had 2 hits and drove in one.
CJ Fairchild had 3 hits including a double and drove in one, Austin Roe had 1 hit.
The Bulldogs will play Owensboro Apollo at 3:00 today and Louisville Eastern tomorrow at Noon before heading home.
