Mitchell L. Jefferson, 53, of Louisa, was arrested in Carter County, Ky., on July 22, 2018, at 6:16 P.M., by a trooper of the Kentucky State Police-Post 14-Ashland, Ky., and was charged with:
• OPERATING MOTOR VEHICLE UNDER/ INFLUENCE ALCOHOL/DRUGS/ETC. .08 – 1ST OFFENSE,
• FAILURE TO WEAR SEAT BELTS.
Thomas J. Bentley, 33, of Louisa, was taken into custody and booked in Pike County Ky. on July 27, 2018, at 4:52 P.M., by the PIKE COUNTY DETENTION CENTER, and was facing for:
* HOLD FOR DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS 7-27-18 BOYD COUNTY TO BE TRANSFERRED FOR SERVE IN STATE PRISON FOR 3 YEARS.
Jeff L. Mitchell, 53, of Louisa, was arrested in Rowan County, Ky., on July 29, 2018, at 1:22 A.M., by an officer of the Morehead Police Department, and was charged with:
• PUBLIC INTOXICATION-CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (EXCLUDES ALCOHOL). Jeff Mitchell’s bond was set at $250 full cash.
Adam Levi Felty, 27, of Louisa, was arrested in Greenup County, Ky., on July 31, 2018, at 11:03 P.M., by a trooper of the Kentucky State Police-Post 14-Ashland, Ky., and was charged with:
• POSSESSION OF OPEN ALCOHOL BEVERAGE CONTAINER IN MOTOR VEHICLE PROHIBITED,
• FAILURE TO OR IMPROPER SIGNAL,
• OPERATING MOTOR VEHICLE UNDER/INFLUENCE ALCOHOL/DRUGS/ETC. .08 – 1ST OFFENSE.
Amy L. Mollett, 36, of Louisa was arrested in Martin County, Ky., on August 1, 2018, at 1:12 A.M., by a deputy of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:
• POSSESSION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 1ST DEGREE, 1ST OFFENSE (METHAMPHETAMINE),
• DRUG PARAPHERNALIA – BUY/POSSESS,
• POSSESSION CONT SUBSTANCE, 3RD DEGREE – DRUG UNSPECIFIED,
• PRESCRIPTION CONT SUB NOT PROPER CONTAIN 1ST OFFENSE,
• POSSESSION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES, 2ND DEGREE – DRUG UNSPECIFIED,

Johnny Ray Moore, 71, of Louisa, was taken into custody and booked in Boyd County Ky., on August 3, 2018, at 10:16 A.M., by the BOYD COUNTY DETENTION CENTER, and was facing for:
• 7 DAY SENTENCE; 1 DAY SERVED; 8/3-8/5 10 A.M.-10 A.M. SERVED CONSECUTIVE WEEKENDS UNTIL COMPLETE
Ryan Chad Hayes, 31, of Louisa, was taken into custody and booked in Johnson County on August 9, 2018, at 6:44 P.M., by the Johnson County Sheriff Department, to serve a guilty plea jail sentence:
