Lacy Lee Pack, 36, of Inez, Kentucky; was arrested on February 15, 2018, at 5:47 A.M., by patrolman officer Julius Musick of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with: • LICENSE TO BE IN POSSESSION, • OPERATING MOTOR VEHICLE UNDER/INFLUENCE ALCOHOL/DRUGS/ETC. .08 – 1ST OFFENSE, • RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY UNDER/ $10,000, • FLEEING OR EVADING POLICE, 1ST DEGREE (MOTOR VEHICLE).

William D. Hall, 55, of Louisa, was arrested on February 15, 2018, at 7:09 P.M., by a deputy of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • THEFT BY FAILURE TO MAKE REQUIRED DISPOSITION OF PROPERTY $500 < $10,000, • ABUSE OF PUBLIC TRUST < $10,000.
Josh A. Moore, 34, of Fort Gay, West Virginia; was arrested on February 15, 2018, at 10:10 P.M., by a deputy of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • SERVING BENCH WARRANT FOR COURT.
Teresa A. Clay, 50, of Louisa, was arrested on February 15, 2018, at 10:32 P.M., by a deputy of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • TRAFFICKING IN CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 1ST DEGREE, 1ST OFFENSE – (< 10 D.U. DRUG UNSPECIFIED SCHEDULED 1 & 2) [ 4 SEPARATE CHARGE COUNTS ].
Jeremy Matthew Thompson was arrested on February 16, 2018, at 10:23 A.M., by patrolman officer Shane James of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with: • DRUG PARAPHERNALIA – BUY/POSSESS, • POSSESSION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 1ST DEGREE, 1ST OFFENSE (METHAMPHETAMINE), • TAMPERING WITH PHYSICAL EVIDENCE.
Sterling M. Hayes, 24, of Louisa, was arrested on February 16, 2018, at 1:57 P.M., by trooper Bryan Lane of the Kentucky State Police, and was charged with: BUY/POSSESS, • POSSESSION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 1ST DEGREE, 1ST OFFENSE (METHAMPHETAMINE).
Joseph A. Daniels, 35, of Louisa, was arrested on February 17, 2018, at 10:31 A.M., by a deputy of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • CRIMINAL TRESPASS-1ST DEGREE, • CRIMINAL MISCHIEF 3RD DEGREE.
Todd Coverdale, 51, Louisa, was arrested on February 17, 2018, at 7:48 A.M., by patrolman officer Hunter James of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with: • ASSAULT, 2ND DEGREE, • MENACING.
According a the Louisa Police Department report, they arrested Coverdale in the predawn hours Saturday February 17 for allegedly assaulting an adult teenager. The report indicated that the 18-year-old boy,, who was not listed in the citation, claimed Todd Coverdale assaulted him with a baton. The teen allegedly suffered a lump on the head and bodily pain from the attack. Coverdale is facing charges of second-degree assault and menacing. Coverdaile was lodged in the Big Sandy Regional Detention Centerm where he bail early Saturday evening.
Missy Hinton, 35, of Olive Hill, Kentucky; was arrested on February 19, 2018, at 1:57 P.M., by trooper Eric C, Homan of the Kentucky State Police, and was charged with: • FAILURE TO APPEAR, • NON-PAYMENT OF FINES.
Gregory R. Mitchell, 32, of Louisa, was arrested on February 19, 2018, at 12:06 P.M., by sergeant Chuck Jackson of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • FLAGRANT NON SUPPORT.
Brandie K. Hampton, 44, of Louisa, was arrested on February 19, 2018, at 8:28 P.M., by an officer of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with: THEFT BY LAWFUL TAKING OR DISPOSITION BICYCLES UNDER/$500.
Brian A. Roop, 31, of Louisa, was arrested on February 21, 2018, at 12:28 P.M., by chief deputy Mark Wheeler of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • ENGAGING IN ORGANIZED CRIME, • PERSISTENT FELONY OFFENDER II.
Michelle Shaw, 27, of Louisa, was arrested on February 22, 2018, a 3:28 A.M., by chief deputy Mark Wheeler of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • CRIMINAL TRESPASSING-3RD DEGREE, • CRIMINAL MISCHIEF, 1ST DEGREE..
