TOP OF LIST HEADED BY WOMAN SHERIFF HAS BEEN LOOKING FOR ON NUMEROUS FELONY WARRANTS; SUSPECT IS APPARENTLY POSTING ON HER SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNTS DAILY

MARTIN COUNTY SHERIFF JOHN H. KIRK
The sheriff of Martin County, John H. Kirk, is asking for information from local citizens from in and around Martin County for helping him and the rest of his sheriff department in locating four “most wanted” individuals by the Martin County Sheriff Department with warrants out for them for various felony offenses. The names of those ‘most wanted’ and their criminal offenses are the following:
Toni Kerr, 39, of Debord, Kentucky; is wanted in Martin County, Ky for on four bench warrants for nine felony offenses. Those charges are the following:
WARRANT ONE: • BAIL JUMPING 1ST DEGREE, •. PERSISTENT FELONY OFFENDER.
WARRANT TWO: 1. MANUFACTURING METHAMPHETAMINE, 1ST DEGREE, • POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 1ST DEGREE, 1ST OFFENSE, METHAMPHETAMINE. • PERSISTENT FELONY OFFENDER.
WARRANT THREE: • BAIL JUMPING, 1ST DEGREE, • PERSISTENT FELONY OFFENDER.
WARRANT FOUR: • BAIL JUMPING, 1ST DEGREE, • PERSISTENT FELONY OFFENDER.
Ray Marcum, 32, of Inez, Kentucky; is wanted in Martin County, Ky on a bench warrant for two felony and two misdemeanor offenses. Those charges are the following:
• POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 1ST DEGREE, 1ST OFFENSE, METHAMPHETAMINE, • TAMPERING WITH PHYSICAL EVIDENCE, • DRUG PARAPHERNALIA – BUY/ POSSESS, • BAIL JUMPING, 1ST DEGREE.
James Setser, 31, of Tomahawk, Kentucky; is wanted in Martin County, Ky on a bench warrant for two felony and two misdemeanor offenses. Those charges are the following:
• POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 1ST DEGREE, 1ST OFFENSE, METHAMPHETAMINE, • TAMPERING WITH PHYSICAL EVIDENCE, • DRUG PARAPHERNALIA – BUY/ POSSESS, • BAIL JUMPING, 1ST DEGREE.
Donald R. Delong Jr., 37, of Debord, Kentucky; is wanted in Martin County, Ky on a bench warrant for two felony and one misdemeanor offense. Those charges are the following: • THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING OR DISPOSITION ALL OTHERS $500 OR MORE BUT UNDER/$10,000, • TAMPERING WITH PHYSICAL EVIDENCE, • PERSISTENT FELONY OFFENDER.
