Charleston, W. Va. — Gage Meek and Abner Collinsworth both 12 years old at Louisa middle school recently participated in a Under Armour Baseball Factory tryout camp at Capital High school for kids of all ages.
Meek and Collinsworth were with a group of around 20 kids ranging from 12-14 as the youngsters hit, fielded, pitched and ran in a grueling four hour display in front of pro scouts who will look at each player in order to develop a detailed evaluation.
