Phillip R. Chafin, 72, of Louisa, KY went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, January 3, 2023 at his home. Phillip was born February 1, 1950 to the late Luther Wilson and Lillian Jeanetta (Diehl) Chafin.
Phillip was a welder. He loved his family.
In addition to his parents, Phillip was preceded in death by his wife Mary Chafin; daughter Lisa Chafin; sister Doris Chafin; and brothers William Henry Chafin, Freddy Chafin, Richard Chafin and Tommy Chafin.
Survivors include his son Phillip Chafin, Jr., and granddaughter Kara Douglas.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
Young Funeral Home has been entrusted with the care of Mr. Chafin.
