KENTUCKY STATE POLICE ARREST THREE AFTER OHIO COUNTY GRAND JURY INDICTMENT CHARGES MULTIPLE CHILD ABUSE COUNTS
FAMILY TRIO FACING 40+ CHARGES INVOLVING ABUSE AT DAYCARE THAT THEY OPERATED

Three members from the same family were arrested by state police last week, after they were indicted by a grand jury on a wagon load of charges stemming from the allegations that they committed numerous acts of physical abuse of children at a daycare that they operated.
According to the press release statement, on Thursday, December 29, 2022, detectives from the Kentucky State Police (KSP) Post 16, in Henderson, KY., in Henderson County; arrested three people for multiple felonies and misdemeanors indictments.
KSP Post 16 detectives initiated an investigation at Pilgrim’s Rest School in Dundee, KY., in Ohio County, after Social Services investigated allegations of abuse. The investigation started in October of 2022 and detectives presented the case before the Ohio County Grand Jury.
The three individuals who were indicted and charged, are named as the following:

All three of the subjects are being held in the Ohio County Detention Center in Hartford; where they are each being held on a $50,000 full cash bond.
The investigation involving this case is ongoing by Kentucky State Police 16 detectives, who are being led by detective David Ammon.
