Amazing how these repeat offenders who show up on the Lazer every couple of months for the same drug charges are still listed as 1st offense.
If this doesn’t show you how broken the system is then nothing will.
Look at the Mullet guy, this guy is constantly getting busted for drugs not to mention he was one of the people in the big drug round-up a couple months ago yet here he is once again with…… you guessed it, a first offense drug charge. Amazing

Well, first things first, he was not part of the big roundup you think he was. He and his girlfriend, Brandie Hale, were picked up later on in the night. This charge that you see above is from an indictment from the arrest previously done when he and Brandie were taken in. When Joseph Osborne and Teddy Newsome came to arrest him on the indictment there were no additional charges made because he and Brandie are trying to get it together. He was on rehab until he was told he had to leave and was to turn himself in… obviously he didn’t, because he was with Brandie.

How does the Fitch come up as 1st offense? That’s crazy how some of these are repeat offenders but it says 1st offense. Does ARC get their charges lowered each time so they can go do this all over again? $$$$

What is the deal with James Arthur mullett? He’s in jail more than often than not. Is he not all there or something? Seems he’d be better off in an assisted living facility.

You just said “his mom” . He’s a 39 year old man. He either needs to go away for a LONG time or be deemed mentally incompetent and out in a home where’s he’s not a danger to himself or the public any longer.
