• FAILURE TO WEAR SEAT BELTS, 

• FAILURE OF OWNER TO MAINTAIN REQUIRED INSURANCE/ SECURITY, 2ND OFFENSE, 

• LICENSE TO BE IN POSSESSION, 

• IMPROPER REGISTRATION PLATE, 

• FAILURE TO REGISTER TRANSFER OF MOTOR VEHICLE,

 • GIVING OFFICER FALSE IDENTIFYING INFORMATION,

Todd Fitzpatrick, 27, of Louisa, Kentucky; was arrested on July 16, 2022, at 3:49 A.M., by patrolman officer Teddy B. Newsome, of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with:

 

• OPERATING NON-MOTOR VEHICLE UNDER INFLUENCE OF INTOXICANTS, POSSESSION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 1ST DEGREE, 1ST OFFENSE (METHAMPHETAMINE), 

• DRUG PARAPHERNALIA – BUY/POSSESS.

 

Brandon M. Hayes, 33,of Adams,Kentucky; was arrested on July 17,2022,at 3:54 P.M.,by deputy Julius Musick, of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, & was charged with: 

 

• ASSAULT, 4TH DEGREE DATING VIOLENCE (MINOR INJURY).

 

Grace A. Kazee, 29, of Adams, Kentucky; was arrested on July 17, 2022,at 3:54 P.M.,by deputy Julius Musick, of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, & was charged with: 

 

• ASSAULT, 4TH DEGREE DATING VIOLENCE (MINOR INJURY).

 

Alexiya Schwan, 33, of Webbville, Kentucky; was arrested on July 18, 2022, at 3:57 P.M., by Sheriff Chuck Janckon, of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with via a grand jury  indictment:

• FRAUDULENT USE OF CREDIT CARD $500 < $10,000.

 

 

Tammy Robinson-Thompson, 48, of Louisa, Kentucky; was arrested on July 18, 2022, at 11:19 P.M., by patrolman officer Teddy B. Newsome, of the Louisa Police Department, & was charged with:

 

• FAILURE TO APPEAR.

 

 

Melissa D. Wolford, 35, of Louisa,Kentucky; was arrested on July 20, 2022, at 10:49 A.M., by officer Gregory King, of the Kentucky Department of Corrections Division of Probation and Parole, and was charged with:

Gregory James Carter, 23, of Danridge, Tennessee; was arrested on July 23, 2022, at 4:17 A.M., by deputy Joseph Osborne,of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department,and was charged with:

• ASSAULT, 4TH DEGREE (DOMESTIC VIOLENCE) MINOR INJURY,

• ALCOHOL INTOXICATION IN A PUBLIC PLACE-1ST & 2ND OFFENSES.

• ASSAULT, 4TH DEGREE (DOMESTIC VIOLENCE) MINOR INJURY,
