The Sad part is ALL Of the Apartments Buildings in Louisa especially the one by the River at the School is Real bad for Drugs You can find Needles and go down next to the river and they are All over there too, and it comes from the Apartments. You can see people leaving in and out of a resident across from the School also but The Police is always by there so I cannot see how that they do Not know something is going on... but Maybe they do not want to know either because Louisa has turned into a Drug Place and if You are Not part of the Drug Bunch then You are Not wanted it seems like.

The home across the school has their family coming and going there only. They are not involved with any crime come to me if u wanna say something to my face. .

First off there is all kinds of houses across from the school and I never said anything about any of Your family so It has nothing to do with You and if i wanted to talk to You I would. There is A Bad Problem down at The Louisa East area and I really feel sorry for you all that are living in that area.
